My name is Caleb Jenkins. I'm the founder and principal mentor at Proaction Mentors; you may know me from my work with Microsoft, as a national speaker for the International .NET Association, or from my work with Improving Enterprises, Inc. I also worked as a technical editor for Wrox Press and am the host, cameraman and editor for http://CommunityCast.tv .
